Yes. Files are stored encrypted, used only to quote and make your parts, and never shared. You keep all rights to your designs.
What file types do you accept?+
STEP and STP for every process, plus STL, 3MF, and OBJ for 3D printing. CNC quotes need a STEP file.
How is the ship date calculated?+
From the selected process, material, finishing steps, production speed, and current capacity. Your quote shows the latest estimate before checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Not yet. We ship to all 50 states.
Can I get a formal quote for purchasing?+
Yes. Download a PDF quote from your cart or save it and share the link. The quote shows its price-hold expiration date.
