Small-batch production of nylon parts, priced instantly

Some parts are needed in tens or hundreds, not millions: brackets for a product line, clips for a machine you build, enclosures for a pilot run, spares your customers reorder. An injection mold is too expensive for those numbers, and ordering one at a time is slow.

We print production runs of SLS PA12 nylon and FDM parts from your CAD file, with an instant price at any quantity and no tooling. We process more than 3,000 printed parts a month.

Why print a production run instead of molding it

When molding wins: once a part is stable and you need it in the thousands, injection molding usually costs less per part. Many products start printed and move to a mold later. Your printed batch prices show you when that switch pays off.

How ordering a batch works

  1. Upload your STEP, STL, 3MF or OBJ files. Several parts can go on one quote.
  2. Set quantity, material and speed for each part. The price updates instantly, so you can compare 25 against 100, or SLS nylon against FDM.
  3. Order by card, with your PO number on the order if you use one.
  4. Reorder the same parts later: upload the same files again and they're priced instantly.

There is no minimum order and no manual quoting step. Ground shipping is free when an order's parts total $50 or more.

Lead times

Production takes at least 2 days at Standard speed for SLS nylon and 1 day for FDM, and every quote shows the exact ship date before you order:

Frequently asked questions

What counts as small-batch production?

Usually 10 to a few hundred identical parts. That's too many to order one by one, and too few to justify an injection mold.

Do you need to quote my batch by hand?

No. Enter the quantity and the price appears instantly online.

What's the largest part you can print?

Up to 165 × 165 × 300 mm in SLS nylon, and up to 340 × 320 × 340 mm in FDM.

Can I get consistent parts across reorders?

Yes. Reorders use the same file, material and finish, and every batch is made the same way.
